For 35 years GIRL FRIDAY SECRETARIAL has been supplying secretarial support to businesses and private individuals covering all secretarial services. 35 years ago when Liz's husband started his own business she was left in an office waiting for the phone to ring. She then thought 'how many other people are there in the same position'. Liz decided to offer telephone answering service and had one telephone line installed. Now there are over 65 companies using this service with many of the other office related services.

There are three levels of telephone answering offered, holiday/emergency cover, small user and unlimited. All levels provide full telephone cover acting as an extension of your company and giving your clients the impression they are talking to your office. This gives you the freedom to go out and run your business and your clients receive the response they expect, even in your absence.

Have your own dedicated telephone number for a full time service or just transfer your calls when you are out of the office. Telephone answering starts from just £11.50 per week. We can do as little as taking a name and number or as much as booking appointments, giving quotations and information, dealing with response calls to adverts etc.

You are at liberty to call at any time to check and collect messages, they can be emailed to you upon receipt or the messages can be faxed to you at the end of the day whichever system suits you best.
If you provide an alternative telephone number any urgent calls will be passed through to you immediately.

Holiday cover is provided on a short-term basis. You may be on holiday, but your customers aren't! Transfer your calls via call diversion to our office and let us take your calls during your absence so you avoid loosing business.
Messages can be passed to your engineers/colleagues or emailed to you wherever you are. Calls are answered in your company name and at only £37.50 per week you can get that well-earned rest you desire.
